Event Reins does the checking, adding up and matching that fills a secretary's weekend, so the line at the office window keeps moving.
- Entries that check themselves
- Every back number shows whether its Coggins is current through the last day and its waiver is signed. Checking in without them takes a reason, kept on record.

- One bill per exhibitor, kept current as classes are added and scratched. Exhibitors pay online to your own Stripe account, or pay at the show.

- Back numbers in order, QR check-in from the number card, adds and scratches, credits with a reason, and the day's money by cash, check and card.

Is it really free?
Yes. A show with up to 150 horses and 2 rings runs on Free, with online entries, waivers, bills, check-in, ride times, results and your own sponsors. Free shows carry one labeled Event Reins sponsor spot on their show page, which helps keep Free free.
Who pays card fees?
The show decides. Card payments go straight to the show's own Stripe account. A show can pass on its card cost, up to 3%, and any fee is shown before anyone pays. Paying at the show costs nothing extra.
What if the internet is bad at our grounds?
The show office and the in-gate keep working without a connection: what you do is kept on that device and sent when the connection is back. Print class sheets, entry lists and back-number cards with QR codes as a backup.
Do families need an account to follow?
No. Each horse has a private follow link with its ride times and results, and anyone with the link can follow without signing in.
Where is our data?
On DewWow's servers in the United States, on encrypted storage. We don't sell your information, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies. See our privacy policy.
Can we bring last year's show?
Yes. Copy last year's show in one step. Its divisions, classes and fees come along, ready for new dates.
