Event Reins Text Message Terms

Event Reins is horse show software from DewWow LLC. Event Reins text alerts tell you when your ride is coming up, when a show's schedule changes, and when results are posted.

Signing Up

You get Event Reins texts only if you turn them on yourself. In your Event Reins account, open My alerts, enter your mobile number, and check the box to receive texts. The box is never checked for you. You must be 18 or older to have an account.

Texts are optional. You never need them to enter a show, pay a bill or follow a horse. Alerts also come by email and in your browser.

What We Send

  • Ride-time alerts, for example when your horse is 3 trips out
  • Schedule changes from the shows you've entered, such as a ring running late or a class moved because of weather
  • Results for the horses and riders you follow in your account

We never send advertising by text, and sponsors never appear in texts.

How Often

Message frequency varies. On a show day, expect a few texts for each class you enter. You get none on days when you have nothing at a show.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DewWow does not charge you for texts.

Stopping Texts

Reply STOP to any Event Reins text. You'll get one text confirming that you're unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. You can also turn texts off in My alerts. To sign up again, turn them back on in My alerts or reply START.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts can arrive late, so keep an eye on the ring too.

Privacy
