Event Reins Sponsor Terms

These terms cover sponsorships you buy from DewWow LLC on Event Reins, such as a season sponsorship, a standings sponsorship, a featured calendar listing or a sponsor block in the weekly show list. A sponsorship you buy from a show, for its classes, rings or awards, is between you and that show. The show's own terms apply to it, and the show keeps the money.
What you buy
You choose a sponsorship, where it runs (a region, a discipline, a show or the calendar) and its dates. Your sponsorship shows your business name, logo and one link, labeled "Sponsor". Prices are the ones shown when you buy.
Review before it runs
A person at DewWow reviews every sponsorship before it runs, usually within two business days. We may ask you to change your logo, link or wording, or we may decline the sponsorship. If we decline it, we refund what you paid in full.
What we don't run
Many riders are children. We don't run sponsorships for alcohol, tobacco or vaping, cannabis or CBD, gambling or casinos, weapons, dating, weight loss, crypto, payday loans, or political causes or candidates. A sponsorship for a prescription animal drug must link to its safety information. Your link must go to your own business's site and must not collect personal information without saying so.
How sponsorships are shown
- Chosen by the page, not the person. We never target people, ages or behavior, and we use no outside ad networks or tracking.
- One sponsor per page or block, with no pop-ups and no autoplay.
- Never in text messages or phone alerts.
- One sponsor per category in a season sponsorship. Categories such as feed, vet or trailers are first come, first served.
- Season sponsorships appear on every free show page in their area that has no single-show sponsor of its own, taking turns with other categories' season sponsors.
- A season bought after April 1 costs less for the full months already gone, rounded to $50, and runs from approval to October 31.
Reports
You get a report of daily views and clicks, in totals. We never give sponsors anyone's name or contact details.
Payment
- You pay by card when you buy, or ask for an invoice. DewWow sends invoices from its own books, due in 30 days. An invoiced sponsorship can start once it's approved.
- Prices don't include sales tax, which we add where the law requires it.
Changes and cancelling
- Before it starts: you can cancel for a full refund.
- After it starts: you can stop it at any time from your booking page. It ends the next day, and we refund the days that haven't run, to your card or as a credit on your invoice.
- If we can't deliver: for example, the page is down for more than a day, or a show you chose is cancelled. We extend your dates or refund that part, whichever you prefer.
Removing a sponsorship
We may remove a sponsorship that breaks these terms or that a show or a parent reasonably objects to. If we remove it for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the part that hasn't run.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the name, logo and link you give us, and you let us show them on Event Reins for your sponsorship's dates. We may resize your logo to fit.
Responsibility
We provide sponsorships as described here. We're not responsible for sales, visits or results from a sponsorship. Our total responsibility for any sponsorship is limited to what you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
