Circuits and associations

Bring your member organizations together, with points across all their shows. Part of the Circuit plan once plans open.

Watch: Circuits and associations on Event Reins (1 minute).

Circuits and associations are part of the Circuit plan once plans open. A circuit or association brings its member organizations together.

1. Invite your members

In your show office, open Circuit members. Under Invite an organization, find an organization and choose Invite. It gets an email, and a manager there accepts or declines in their Settings, under Circuits.

2. What members get

While they're a member, they run on the Circuit plan: no limit on horses or rings, and no Event Reins sponsor spots on their pages. Their shows are listed on your circuit's page.

You see their show listings and posted results only, never their exhibitors' contact details, bills, papers or messages.

3. Count their shows in your points series

Open Points series and your series. Under Members' shows, choose Ask to count. A show counts once its organization's manager approves it in their Settings. Withdraw takes a show out.

4. Qualifying

Set qualifying by At least this many shows, At least this many points or The top of each division. The standings mark who is Qualified, and Download the standings gives you a spreadsheet.

5. Your circuit's page

Your circuit's page shows your member organizations, their shows coming up and the points standings. Under About your circuit, say a few sentences about who you are and where your shows are.

6. Ending a membership

Either side can end a membership. Their own plan applies again from that day, and past results and standings stay.
