Once you sign in, choose Ideas and problems at the top of any page. Say what happened or what you'd like, add a screenshot if it helps, and choose Send.

2. Follow it

It goes to DewWow, the team behind Event Reins. Every answer comes here, and by email, so you can follow it until it's done. If DewWow asks you a question, answer it on the same page.
