Exhibitors pay their bill online or at the show. Online card payments go straight to your organization's own Stripe account. DewWow never holds show money.

Connecting Stripe is a one-time step we do with you. Email support@dewwow.com from your organization's email address, and we'll set it up together. Until Stripe is connected, exhibitors pay at the show.
An online payment fee, if you want one
On the show's Show office tab, Online payment fee (%) adds up to 3% when an exhibitor chooses to pay online. Write a line for exhibitors in Online payment fee wording, for example: Covers the show's card processing cost. Exhibitors see the fee before they pay, and paying at the show never adds it.
Pay at the show
Exhibitors can pay at the show is on unless you turn it off. Exhibitors who choose Pay at the show pay at your office window: find their number in the Office console, choose cash, check or card at the office, and choose Take payment and settle.
