When your horse is a few trips from going, Event Reins emails you the estimated time. You can also get a notification on your phone.
On Android or a computer
- Sign in and open My day for the show, or Riders.
- Under Alerts on this phone, choose Turn on alerts on this device, and allow notifications when your browser asks.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open www.eventreins.com in Safari and sign in.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Open Event Reins from your Home Screen, sign in if it asks, and turn alerts on there. This needs iOS 16.4 or later.
Turning alerts off
To stop alerts on one device, choose Turn off alerts on this device. To stop them everywhere, untick Trips-out alerts on the Riders page and choose Save.
