A show's form tells you when it's getting close to its plan's limit. At a limit, Event Reins says so and asks you to email support@dewwow.com to upgrade. Entries already in stay in.
Riders never pay Event Reins a fee, on any plan.
Still stuck? Email support@dewwow.com and a person answers.
