Show day: check-in, adds and scratches, ride times

Run the office console and the in-gate from a laptop, a tablet or a phone.

Show day runs from the Office console. Open it from the Event Reins menu or with the show's Office console button. It works on a laptop, a tablet or a phone.

Before the show

  • Print Back-number cards from Back numbers, and the Entry list and Class sheet from the show and its classes. Each back-number card has a QR code that opens that number in the office console.
  • Uploaded Coggins and papers wait in the papers queue. Verify or Reject each one, with a reason for a rejection.

Check-in

  • Find a number, a name or a horse at the top of the console, or scan the QR code on the back-number card.
  • The number's page shows the Coggins, waiver, classes and balance. Check in works when the Coggins is current through the last day and the waiver is signed.
  • If you must check in without them, use Check in anyway and say why. The reason is kept on the record.

Adds, scratches and money

  • On the number's page, Add class or Scratch. The bill updates as you go.
  • Take payment and settle records cash, check or card at the office and turns the bill into an invoice. Record credit takes money off with a reason.
  • The end-of-day balance adds up the day's money by cash, check, card and online payments.

Rings and ride times

  • Add rings on the show's Rings tab and put each class in its ring.
  • On a class, Set order of go numbers the entries in the order entered, by random draw, or as you set them. Set ride times uses the class's start time and minutes per trip.
  • At the in-gate, open the ring in the console. Choose Start this class, then Next trip as each horse goes. Use No show for a horse that doesn't come and Break with a note for a drag or a course walk. End with Class finished.
  • Exhibitors see how many trips out they are and an estimated time on My day, and get an alert when they're close. The estimates learn your ring's pace as you go.
